How many residences are there?
70 corner residences with only four homes per floor, plus Sky Residences and two-level Penthouses.
What sizes and layouts are available?

What finishes come with each residence?
Every residence is delivered fully finished: 11-foot ceilings, Italian Schiffini kitchens with 10-foot islands, a Gaggenau appliance package, Gessi fixtures, travertine baths and a choice of flooring, cabinet and countertop selections. Details are on the Residences page.
Do residences have private elevators?
Yes. Residences have ensuite elevator access.
What amenities are included?

Eight private garages, available for purchase, with dual bays, glass-and-metal statement doors, display tire walls, climate control and gallery-style lighting, plus preferred parking and a private lounge for Pagani owners.
Are guest suites available?
Yes. Eight guest suites on Level 8 are available for purchase by residents.
What are the prices and deposit schedule?
